When trying to create an instance in monsoon 3, I am receiving an error:
-"Api: Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible. <class 'nova.exception.InvalidQuotaMethodUsage'>"
