Title:
  No confirm message for the instance resize/revert operation.

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When user click instance resize/revert button, the tasks will take long time and no response from the webpage.
  We can give the user confirmation when they click on confirm/revert instance resize, so they don't keep pressing it and see errors
