    Add key_type selection on Keypairs form
    
    Key type can be selected through both Django and Angular panels.
    This change will allow X509 Public Certificates to be imported
    or created through Horizon.
    
    Also, the key type is being showed in the keypairs list.

Bug description:
  Nova supports x509 keypairs, most commonly used with Windows
  instances. Horizon doesn't allow picking the keypair type at the
  moment.
