[Bug 1821836] [NEW] Confirmation message for RBAC policy deletion does not appear properly.

Public bug reported:

1. Click Admin -> Network -> RBAC Policies -> RBAC Policies screen
2. Select policy
3. Click DELETE RBAC POLICIES

Confirmation window appears but selected policy ID is not shown (please
see attached screenshot).

This issue happens for all the languages.

Bug description:
  1. Click Admin -> Network -> RBAC Policies -> RBAC Policies screen
  2. Select policy
  3. Click DELETE RBAC POLICIES
