[Bug 1822749] [NEW] Security group settings are invalid when editing an instance with the error status

 

Public bug reported:

1. Select the failed instance and click on "Edit Instance" in the drop-down arrow.
2. select a security group.
3. Click "Save"
4. The page has a prompt to successfully edit the instance.
5. The security group has not been modified in the instance details.
