Public bug reported:

When using an ISO image of user-data/meta-data as Morpheus does when
provisioning cloud-init based vms on top of Vmware Vcenter among other
clouds, This warning pops up about NoCloud not being in the default list
of Possible Datasources. Documentation does not make it clear how to
inform cloud-init that it is fully intended that NoCloud be used for
this provision request.

(Default Cloud init config on Ubuntu 16.04.5)
