  The class of createsnapshot affects the access speed of the volume
  page

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The allowed method in createsnapshot calls the interface of the cinder
  service. If there are 10 volumes, it will be called 10 times, which
  has an impact on the access speed of the volume page.
