Looks like this is happening on master and stable/stein, probably due to
bionic nodes being used. It's happening on multiple node providers so
must be something new in bionic py27 as of June 10.
I can't really tell what version of python 2.7 is on the nodes when this
fails though.

isn't showing me any changes since 2018 either.
