Bug description:
  Hello,

  On a Ubuntu 18.04 template configured to use Cloudstack data source
  like this:

  # cat /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99_cloudstack.cfg

  datasource:
    CloudStack: {}
    None: {}
  datasource_list: ["CloudStack"]


  I get this warning upon login:
