But There is no link generated in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ dir after I run
this command.

I think we should complete this command. The current command is
incompatible with some case, just like mine. :)

  Incorrect link command:
  ln -s /usr/share/keystone/wsgi-keystone.conf /etc/httpd/conf.d/

  It should be:
  ln -s /usr/share/keystone/wsgi-keystone.conf /etc/httpd/conf.d/wsgi-keystone.conf

  Using current command, there would not be a soft link of
  /usr/share/keystone/wsgi-keystone.conf.
