Replace "group spec" with "group type spec"
In the group type spec page, title "group type spec" and
"group spec" are used inconsistently. So this patch
replace "group spec" with "group type spec"

Bug description:
In the group type spec page, "group type spec" and "group spec" are used inconsistently.
It is better to use either consistently ("group spec"?).
This is targeted to Train. (Stein is now in the hard string freeze.)
