Some images in our cloud use the property:

hypervisor_type = 'qemu';

This worked in Ocata (maybe not the latest version) and now in Rocky it
doesn't work anymore because of the ImagePropertiesFilter filter.

this is because this and some other properties got renamed, but the
documentation was not updated
