  typing test into create field auto logs you out of horizon

Bug description:
  When creating a new container, if we type 'test' into the 'Container
  Name' field, Horizon immediately kicks you out with a briefly flashed:
  "Error:Forbidden. Redirecting to login"

  Cloud is configured with radosgw managing a swift cluster.
