I manually installed keystone stein [0] and it was working fine. This
package does not have any dependency from stein release now while
installing keystone [1]. Marking the bug as invalid.

Title:
  Keystone Installation Tutorial in keystone

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  install keystone in rocky version we need install bellow command:
  "apt install keystone apache2 libapache2-mod-wsgi"

  but in stein version in online document just install keystone:
  "apt install keystone"

  but correct command :
  "apt install keystone apache2 libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3"
