** Tags: api binding create failed network port restful to type using vif

** Attachment added: "After using restful API put to create a network and add DHCP agent, the port status in it is down. Use get to check the details and get "binding: vif_type": "binding_failed". Normally it should be "binding: vif_type": "OVS". I think this is a bug. It can't bind the physical network card OVS, and "binding: vif_details": {}, which is empty"
