I'm withdrawing this bug due to it should NOT an issue. The Live Server
was modified and then loaded DataSourceNone which it should NOT.

Title:
  VMware: cloned Ubuntu18.04.4 Live server fails to get network working

Status in cloud-init:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  There are some new configuration items in /etc/netplan/50-cloud-
  init.yaml file for Ubuntu 18.04.4 Live Server, cloud-init version is
  19.4-33-gbb4131a2-0ubuntu1~18.04.1

  match:
      macaddress: aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
  set-name: ens160

  
  If disable or remove cloud-init from Ubuntu18.04.4 Live Server and then clone it to a new VM, the new cloned VM will has different mac address for ens160, but netplan fail to match the macaddress, this leads to new cloned VM ens160 is DOWN.

  Could we remove this match/set-name items, checked Ubuntu18.04.3 Live
  Server(cloud-init v19.1), the /etc/netplan/50-cloud-init.yaml does NOT
  contain these items.
