[Bug 1872599] [NEW] Create a domain, projects, users, and roles in keystone

 

Public bug reported:

[root@controller admin]# openstack domain create --description "An Example Domain" example
Failed to discover available identity versions when contacting http://controller:5000/v3. Attempting to parse version from URL.
Internal Server Error (HTTP 500).

Note: I checked and found the httpd service is active by 
#ss -tupan | grep "5000\|35357"
tcp    LISTEN     0      128    [::]:5000               [::]:*                   users:(("httpd",pid=5552,fd=6),("httpd",pid=1887,fd=6),("httpd",pid=1886,fd=6),("httpd",pid=1885,fd=6),("httpd",pid=1884,fd=6),("httpd",pid=1883,fd=6),("httpd",pid=1569,fd=6))


This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following
as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into
