[Bug 1869697] Re: The instance supports USB devices.
Nova handles new feature request through launchpad blueprints. Please
follow the process described in[1], e.g. open a blueprint in launchpad
and push a specification according the the spec template to the
openstack/nova-specs repository.

Description

OpenStack instance can realize the USB transmission function of the server and realize the data transmission.Realize the support of virtual machine to usb device, that is, add, delete and check the function of usb device.
Rebuild, resize, delete, migrate/live-migrate, and evacuate operations
on the virtual machine will also require additional processing logic.
The number of connected usb devices and compatibility with different
usb protocols (1.0/2.0/3.0) are also considered.
