  Unexpected API Error

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Expired

Bug description:
  We received a proactive ticket for openstack up/down. We are able to
  login to the openstack but the instance is not showing up. The
  openstack API also seems not to work properly as clicking on each item
  took so long to load. Please see the error below I am seeing:

  Error: Unexpected API Error. Please report this at
  http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if
  possible. <class 'oslo_db.exception.DBError'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID:
  req-019c1395-d0e6-4e3a-a37a-258d49d024c5)

  Please advise if where can I pull the Nova API log?
