    Messages details template should have unique IDs to get
    collapse/expand working.

  when multiple error popups are shown we cannot show details of second
  or later popups

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This happens in the master branch.

  When multiple error messages are shown in one page, "Detail" in the first dialog is only shown.
  Even if you click "Detail" in the second or later popups, "Detail" in the first dialog will be shown.
  The behavior is confusing.
