    Do not update agents "alive" state in TestAgentApi
    
    During the execution of FT TestAgentApi, we should not update the
    chassis agents "alive" state; during the FT execution, some of the
    agents returned by "agents_from_chassis" do not really exist (not
    relevant for the test case).
