ds-identify OpenStack is odd

It has that, which is not nice.

Also i think above is no longer true, i think that arm64 ppc64le s390x
do have better openstack identification these days.

Also returning DS_MAYBE is a bit harmful on arches that are known not to
have openstack yet - i.e. riscv64.
