Functions ovs_vxlan_supported and ovs_vxlan_supported from
neutron.cmd.sanity.checks module are creating tunnel port by using
neutron.agent.common.ovs_lib.OVSBridge.add_tunnel_port() method but they
are not passing port name as a first argument. That argument is
mandatory so should be passed there.
