Public bug reported:

Currently in the CI we are using a stable OVN release that has not
"Chassis_Private" table but "Chassis" only.

"TestAgentApi" test cases retrieve the chassis table from the mech
driver for the waiting events but "Chassis" is used always to add a fake
chassis.
