  The cell update's appearance makes people confused

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  The appearance design of cell_update is not reasonable. Users don't
  know how to operate it unless it has been tried many times. It should
  be designed to be more obvious.Please look at the picture.
