  The label for "Floating IP" is shown as "F" in Japanese and Korean

Bug description:
  openstack_dashboard/static/app/resources/resources.module.js

  Developer > Resources > Registered Resource Types

  The label for "Floating IP" is shown as "F" in Japanese and Korean,
  despite the translation is available in Zanata.

  Note: We do not translate this term and is supposed to be shown as
  "Floating IP". This might have something to do with this issue?

  I checked Chinese and it is OK (it is translated into Chinese
  characters).
