designate-dashboard is a horizon plugin. "horizon" launchpad is not a
place to file a bug on designate-dashboard. I change the project to
"designate-dashboard" launchpad.

  DNS dashboard fails at reload

Status in Designate Dashboard:
  New

Bug description:
  Being on Project/DNS/Zones page I clicked on a link attached to a zone
  name (screenshot_1), then pressed Ctrl+r and saw an incorrect page
  display with some {$ $} format template (screenshot_2). Reproduced on
  devstack master.
