neutron_tempest_plugin.scenario.test_trunk.TrunkTest.test_trunk_subport_lifecycle
fails in the step where expects the port to be DOWN after subport was
removed from VM, see [1].

Seems like a race between update_device_down and unbound, and neutron-server fails to set port status:
