Bug description:
  NOTE: Anyone redirected here from a duplicate, please read through.
  This has been fixed in Queens and the fix was backported to
  stable/pike.

  Install glance followed by https://docs.openstack.org/glance/pike/install/install-rdo.html.
  But it missed content for create glance database.

  'To create the database, complete these steps:
  Use the database access client to connect to the database server as the root user:

  $ mysql -u root -p'

  Environment
