[Bug 1955633] [NEW] Install and configure a compute node for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS in nova

Public bug reported:

When configuring nova-compute in Xena, it is necessary to include in the
documentation something like "In the [DEFAULT] section, configure the
state_path option: state_path=/var/lib/nova". Otherwise, state_path is
set to "/usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/" and "ERROR
nova.compute.manager FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or
directory: '/usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/instances" can be seen in
the log when starting the nova-compute service.
