[Bug 1970685] [NEW] when there is an error at post_live_migration stage， the live_migration_abort oeration at source host raises an other excetion of InstanceNotFound

1.live-migrtion an instance
2.suppose there is an error at post_live_migration stage, such as neutron server is fault 
3.because there is no instance on libvirt of source host，the live_migration_abort operation at source host will raise another exception of  InstanceNotFound
