Hi,

When we investigate how we migrate instance with ignore incompatible cpu
sets, different cpu microcodes between hosts, we saw
`limit_cpu_features` parameter.

limit_cpu_features parameter definition is not very clear. Please Can
you add some more explanation? What exactly does this parameter turn
off?
