Marking it as Opinion as I don't think we should explain in our Nova
documentation which keys are used as this is not done by nova but rather
oslo.messaging.

Bug description:
  - [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way:
  When rpc.call occurs, direct queue name is reply_{uuid}, and so are the direct direct queue binding and exchange name. {uuid} is not msg_id. That's what I saw in oslo_messaging 8.1.3
