  Follow installation guide unable to login DB

Bug description:
  Install glance by following the installation guide:
  https://docs.openstack.org/glance/latest/install/install-ubuntu.html .
  I was not able to login to the DB:

    $ mysql -u root -p
    Enter password:
    ERROR 1698 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'
