In https://docs.openstack.org/glance/yoga/install/install-ubuntu.html it
is not clear whether oslo_limit is required and the example does not
explain concepts such as MY_SERVICE and ENDPOINT_ID adequately. I have
read the oslo.limits docs and I am still no wiser.

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following
as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into
