Public bug reported:

"MetadataAgentOvnSbIdl" base class "OvnIdl" implements the abstract
method "post_connect". In order to instantiate "MetadataAgentOvnSbIdl",
this method needs to be defined in the child class.

Note: because of [1], we can use a child class without this method
implemented.
