Title:
Package names missing in neutron openvswitch setup guide

Status in neutron:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi,

Deployment guides for neutron openvswitch instruct to install packages
but fails to mention their names and the reader has to guess which
precise packages are meant; in my case for rdo. Here are occurrences
  of the problem:

In https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/zed/admin/deploy-ovs-provider.html, section "Example configuration" / "Controller node", step 1:
"Install the Networking service components that provide the neutron-server service and ML2 plug-in."

In the same page, section "Example configuration" / "Compute nodes", step 1:
"Install the Networking service OVS layer-2 agent, DHCP agent, and metadata agent."

In https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/zed/admin/deploy-ovs-selfservice.html, section "Example configuration" / "Network node", step 1:
"Install the Networking service OVS layer-2 agent and layer-3 agent."

  /Nicolas
