   Barbican Scenario Test (TLS with Intermediates)

Status in neutron:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  * scenario test that does the following:
   1.  Create 1 compute server and run 2 web server on it
   2.  Create SSL Cert, Private Key with intermediates
   3.  Upload SSL Cert and Private Key to Barbican secrets and get their reference
   4.  Create Barbican TLS container with secrets reference
   4.  Create Load Balancer and pass in Barbican TLS container reference
   5.  Pass SSL traffic to load balancer
   6.  Verify SSL traffic to node
