Title:
  API requests give different results from examples

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The response examples of the API requests under "Networks" in
  https://developer.openstack.org/api-
  ref/networking/v2/index.html?expanded=show-network-details-
  detail#networks are out of date.

  The results obtained from a List Networks GET request are as follows:
  http://paste.openstack.org/show/614262

  The identified problems are:
  1. The List Networks response examples contains some missing attributes. The same thing applies for Create Network, Show Network Details, and Update Network.
  2. Requests that contain "qos_policy_id" cause the error "Unrecognized attribute(s)" to be thrown.

  Thus the examples need to be updated with newer information.
