[Bug 2013541] [NEW] [Ubuntu 22.04.2]Not able to Install RHE9 ISO on Existing Ubuntu OS system with secure boot enabled in BIOS

 

Private bug reported:

On DELL EMC 15G PowerEdge system when Trying to Install RHEL9 ISO on
Existing Ubuntu system with secure boot enabled in BIOS, RHEL9 ISO Fails
to boot and showing an error "Verification Failed: (0x1A) Security
violation".

Steps to Reproduce: -

1. Enable secure boot in BIOS.
2. Install Ubuntu 22.04.2 OS and boot to OS.
3. Reboot.
4. Try Installing RHEL9 DVD ISO.
5. Observed Security Violation Message on the screen.

Expected Results: -

RHEL9 DVD ISO Should Install successfully on Existing Ubuntu 22.04.2
system without showing any error on the screen.
