  ssh-key or random password

  ssh-key or random password

  
  I'd like to setup my user with an ssh key, if there is one in metadata and no password auth / locked account (cannot ssh with passord, cannot login on tty with password).

  If no ssh key available, I want user with random password, and tty
  login available, and password based ssh available.
