  [CI] "neutron-ovn-rally-task" timing out randomly

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The CI job "neutron-ovn-rally-task" is timing out randomly. Checking
  the last executions [1], the duration of this job is very close the
  timeout set in the job definition (7800 seconds).
