Title:
  bugs in chameleon cloud tacc

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Expired

Bug description:
I wanted to lease a new node in
https://chi.tacc.chameleoncloud.org/project/, but when I reached the
webpage, I found this pop up below:

Error: Unable to retrieve usage information. Details
Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible. <class 'oslo_db.exception.DBError'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-76c9971b-3f21-414d-a977-06b16210855d)

I thought this is minor but I still report it here.

Next, I went to https://chi.tacc.chameleoncloud.org/project/leases/ to delete my old lease.
So, I clicked the "Delete Lease" button.

Turns out, I get this popup

Error: Unable to delete lease: kahfi-storage

After that, I wanted to create a new lease in chameleon cloud by
  clicking the "+Create Lease" button.

It goes to a hover box, the first page of the hover box is working.
But the second page, there are no filters on which node I want to use.
When I click the "Add Filter" button, the filters only show blank
  boxes.

Anyway, I moved on to the last page and clicked "Create" button, and
  this error pops up

  Error: ERROR: Internal Server Error

Next, I clicked the cancel button of the hover box, and in the
  https://chi.tacc.chameleoncloud.org/project/leases/ webpage, I clicked
  on "Host Calendar"

It gives out this pop up

  Unable to load reservations

So those are how I reproduced the bugs.

My expected results are that I can lease a node with filters, and can
  look through the host calendar.
