When a user is trying to deploy a stack, in a project and it took about 30 minutes and eventually entered state CREATE_FAILED. The reason_status shows
Resource CREATE failed: ClientException: resources.server: Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible.  <class 'nova.exception.GlanceConnectionFailed'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-fd160d2e-397c-4bb7-b617-39fff1b7fe32)
