  [neutron-vpnaas-dashboard] UT failing due to a change in django

Bug description:
  Since [1], present in django=4.1a1, the assertion
  ``assertQuerysetEqual`` does not implicitly converts the queries
  passed to string. That needs to be changed in the unit tests.
