I instaled new openstack with Caracal in ubuntu 22.04 jammy:
keystone 25.0.0
glance 28.0.1
placement 11.0.0
nova 29.0.1
neutron 24.0.0
horizon 24.0.0

I dont have any log file in /var/log/ related to horizon.
i used this doc to instaal and configure https://docs.openstack.org/horizon/2024.1/install/install-ubuntu.html

please help me to solve this problem
