  Currently, neutron resource name definitions are scattered in
  api/v2/attribues, extensions/ and callbacks/resources

  It was brought up that the resource names should be placed in a common place to avoid bugs of mis-spelling resource names like https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1633337
