  Please upgrade the novnc version!!

Status in kolla:
  New

Bug description:
  The novnc version we currently have in kolla-ansible or the openstack
  nova directly from ubuntu is OLD. It does not support clipboard is
  bugged af.

  PLEASE UPDATE IT.
