Brief Description

We can't execute commands on subcloud via System Controller in an IPv6
DC system.

Go to Subcloud > Click on 'Alarm & Event Details'

Expected Behavior

Horizon: Returns the subcloud alarm

Actual Behavior

Horizon: Pop-ups an error
