hello，The document configuration nova connection placement section in
this link is incorrect。

Will cause nova scheduler and nova conductor services to fail to start

project_domain_name = Default
project_name = service
auth_type = password
user_domain_name = Default
auth_url = http://controller:5000/v3    ### !!! incorrect
username = placement
password = PLACEMENT_PASS

the "auth_url" address:port is incorrect ，It should be modified to
"auth_url = http://controller:8778";
